STAR WARS #69 - March 1983


Interesting issue, pencilled by Gene Day, who usually inks. He likes to play with panel design, and the above is taken from a double page spread where the panels are drawn to resemble the bars of the cells portrayed in the story. He also did the previous issue, where you can see that he laid out Leia and the carbonite block in her imagination in an interesting way too.
